Refund & transfer policy
A flat $5-per-ticket service fee covers payment processing and is non-refundable on any cancellation. Beyond that fee:
- 14+ days before your date — full refund.
- 2–14 days before — 50% refund.
- Within 48 hours — non-refundable. Each night is balanced around its players, so we can't re-cast a seat this close to showtime.
Can't make it? Ticket transfers are always free — pass your seat to a friend or shift to another available date anytime. Email events@hillhousehorror.com and we'll sort it out.
